To undertake a SafeWork NSW High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL) assessment, students must verify their identity through Service NSW’s Document Verification Service (DVS). Below are the eligibility criteria, required documents, and application process.
1. Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, ensure you meet the following requirements:
✅ Age: Must be 18 years or older.
✅ Training Completion: Must have completed HRW training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
✅ Competency Assessment: Must have been assessed as competent by a SafeWork NSW-accredited assessor and hold a Notice of Satisfactory Assessment (NSA).
✅ English Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English at a level that ensures safe high-risk work operations.
